Why I Started Silk Theory

In my late teens, I started noticing the changes that most people don’t talk about:
Breakouts that wouldn’t fade. Hair growing in places I didn’t want it  and falling out where I did. Skin that looked dull, tired, and uneven no matter what I used.

At first, I tried everything: serums, scrubs, razors, appointments. But nothing seemed to truly work and worse, I started feeling less like myself.
I was frustrated, overwhelmed, and honestly… insecure.

Then I asked myself:

👉 “Why isn’t there a simple, effective way to take care of my skin and hair at home without spending a fortune?”

So I started researching, testing, and learning what actually works.

And that’s how Silk Theory was born.
